Meet Mark
Hi! I'm Mark Reeves. I am your local listing expert... Having collectively sold over 1,200 properties, I am confident I can sell your property, too.
​Selling homes for my clients is my only focus and my full-time job.
I have been in real estate full-time locally since 2006 and have also graduated from the Realtor Institute (GRI) to attain the highest level of education available to a REALTOR. I have also earned my Broker's License.
I have been crafting my marketing plan since 2006, ensuring I employ the most powerful tools to expose your property to the most Buyers in the marketplace.

Hi! I'm Scott Nichols. I generally work with buyers on their journey to finding their perfect mountain home!
​Searching for a property in a region that is unfamiliar can be daunting. There are so many unique factors in our area, such as private roads, well water systems, septic systems, zoning, and various types of construction that may differ from where you currently live.
Engaging with a Realtor who has been serving Buyers in the area is the best way to navigate these new waters. I employ my experience and resources to ensure you make a well-informed decision that minimizes your risk exposure.
I am a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), which I would compare to gaining my Master's Degree in Real Estate. I also have earned my Broker's License. This education, combined with experience in the local business since 2003, will ensure you receive the most qualified guidance and expertise.
Focusing on my clients' needs is the easiest path to success... It's been my motto since day 1 and remains so today.

Some clients have asked why we directly link our site to Zillow for property searching. While we do have the capabilities to create a search feature that directly pulls current listings from our area MLS, Zillow actually pulls from more than just our local MLS system, which makes it a more robust search and gives you the most comprehensive search available.
We also like many of the features that Zillow provides, such as mapping, Agent Reviews, and the property alert feature. While the data may not always be as current and accurate as we would like, we are always here to research any property that you find interesting.
For our sellers, Zillow is just one of the hundreds of sites we market your property on, but we know that the majority of consumers use Zillow for their real estate searches.
